Can I tour the community?

Yes! Once we receive your application, you're welcome to tour our property any Tuesday @ 10am.​

How much is it?

Rent is $675/mo + $60/mo for utilities. You'll also pay a $300 refundable move-in deposit. You'll get the deposit back at move-out.

Where are you located?

Very close to here.

​How long is the lease?

+60 days. If you're a good fit for the community, your lease will be renewed. If the community decides you're not a good fit, you'll be asked to leave.

How big are the beds?

Twin XL. Enough to sleep anyone 6'5" or shorter.

How many people live there?

16.

​

How much storage will I have?

Very little. All your stuff will have to fit in this closet.

Is there bike parking?

Unfortunately not. We're pro bike but we lack the space.

Do I need to bring my own linens?

Nope. We got you covered. No pun intended.

Are there quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 9am.

How does food work?

You're in charge of your own food. There is a communal fridge and cupboards to store your food.

What's the bathroom situation?

There are 3 full bathrooms.

Does it get messy?

Not really. People do a decent job of keeping tidy. Also, people are assigned to clean as part of their mandatory chores. We also have a professional housekeeper come every month.

Are pets allowed.

Nope.
